Bachelor of Commerce (B Com) is a traditional course in India that has gained instant popularity in recent times. This course is to enable the students to acquire knowledge and capability to develop ethical practices for effective management by knowing the importance of ethics in business, to mould the students with skills for recording various kinds of business transactions with the techniques of preparing financial statements.

After completing the course one can work in any private or government organisation in the accounts section. The banking often comes up with the openings for the commerce graduates.

Eligibility:

Pass in +2 Higher Secondary Board of Kerala or Board Examination in any state recognized or equivalent to the Plus Two of the Higher Secondary Board in Kerala with not less than 45% marks in aggregate is eligible for admission.

Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) is to give students the basic knowledge and understanding of all the functions of a company like Marketing, Systems, Finance, Human Resource Management etc. This course is aimed at developing student’s managerial skills by giving them a broader perspective through knowledge of all functions which enhances their decision-making capability and strengthen communication skills. This course makes a B.B.A graduate to have an edge over other normal graduates and get direct entry into the Corporate World.

Eligibility:

Any candidate who passed the Plus Two of the Higher Secondary Board of Kerala or Pre Degree of Calicut University or that of any other University or Board of Examination in any state recognized as equivalent to the Plus Two of the Higher Secondary Board in Kerala with not less than 50% marks in aggregate is eligible for admission.

Duration:

Three Academic Years with 6 Semesters.

The aim of this course is to ensure learners to have a good command of Communication skills in Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening and can also apply these skills in everyday situations and designed to enable the students to face the charging trends in the Professional and Career fields. It also helps the students to function effectively in an English speaking Environment.

B.Com. in Computer Applications is a 3- year undergraduate course designed to impart advanced learning to students in the discipline of Commerce, particularly involving the application of software technology for professional requirements, merging the academic specialties of Commerce and Computer Applications The course follows an innovative modern curriculum. Upon successful completion of the course, successful graduates interested in pursuing higher studies in the discipline may go for pursuing MBA, MCA, M.Com., M.Com., (CA), ACCA, MIB, or MSW in the subject.

 “Food technology is a branch of food science that deals with the production, preservation, quality control, research, and development of food products.” BSc Food Technology course includes subjects like food processing, emerging technologies, and food additives. They teach the aspirants everything there is to know about food technology at an undergraduate level. There is a wide job scope in areas like a nutritional therapist, junior quality analyst, lab technician, etc., where graduates can gain a lot of knowledge.

B.Sc Physics is a 3-year undergraduate course that deals with the fundamentals of physics and its different properties like energy or force. This course aims to provide the aspirants with the foundation knowledge possible for a Science-based career. The program is split into six semesters. It deals with advanced scientific fields of physics, mathematics, and chemistry. B.Sc Physics can provide job opportunities in academic schools, power generation companies, hospitals, pyrotechnics manufacturers, and government research agencies.

Eligibility

Admission for B.Sc Physics course students must have passed Xth and XIIth with physics, chemistry, biology/mathematics as core subjects with a minimum of 50%. Students must meet the eligibility for B.Sc Physics requirements before registering for a course. Students must meet certain requirements to be considered for this course.
